There are two versions of the app, the free one and the paid one. Free one allows you to add two fiat currencies, the USD and the Euro. This helps the app in comparing the price changes. If you need more fiat currencies, you have to pay for the premium.
The paid version allows a lot more customization and settings and features than the free one but what you choose comes down to the value you want from it. If you get everything you need from it in the free version, why would you buy the paid version?
